The scope of our consulting services is wide, ranging from initial country surveys relative to a client's particular products and market position, to the negotiation of corporate operating agreements with compatible partners.

Since founding Chrysalis, we have concentrated on gaining a working knowledge of many consumer markets of the world, and more especially the established and emerging retail groups within those markets. In many regions of the world business is conducted in the context of established working relationships founded on mutual respect and trust. We have been fortunate to develop such connections with many of the key retail operators in consumer economies around the globe.

Our main area of activity is the introduction of retail brands and concepts to new national markets. This commonly involves the presentation of the opportunity to prospective partners, the identification and evaluation of potential corporate partners, and the initiation of operating contracts, usually franchise agreements, but sometimes joint venture and licensing arrangements. These usually cover national territories, or depending on the size of the target country, a substantial geographical area within a country.
